В видео мы расскажем об устройстве печей Кузнецова. Что такое колпаковая печь. В устройстве печей Кузнецова применён принцип колпака. Поэтому печи Кузнецова ещё называют колпаковая печь. Воздушный колпак располагается сразу после зоны топки. Он несет функцию своеобразного разделительного механизма для горячих газов. Выходное отверстие в этой части находится не в верхней области, как было принято раньше, а в нижней. Через него остывшие и тяжелые газы выходят сразу, а наверх поднимаются те, которые набрали достаточную температуру. По тому же принципу они выходят из печи после постепенного охлаждения.
Такое устройство печей позволяет экономично и эффективно обогревать дом. Игорь Викторович Кузнецов разработал и воплотил в жизнь десятки проектов колпаковых печей, использующих в работе принцип свободного движения газов (СДГ). Кирпичные колпаковые печи постоянно совершенствуются, разрабатываются комбинированные варианты, совмещающие различные функции — отопления, приготовления пищи, банные, котлы и т.д.
